By connecting or using the Butiksoft integration, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Butiksoft provides hotel and property management software.

The Butiksoft integration may allow authorized users to perform supported operations through third-party interfaces, including ChatGPT.

Depending on available functionality and user permissions, these operations may include:

  • Checking room availability
  • Viewing reservations
  • Accessing hotel operational information
  • Viewing room, rate, inventory, and guest-related information
  • Creating or modifying reservations
  • Accessing reports and operational data
  • Performing other supported hotel management operations

Available functionality may change over time.

2. Account and Authorization

A valid Butiksoft account may be required to use the integration.

Users may only access properties, information, and operations for which their account has appropriate authorization.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Ensuring that authorized users have appropriate permissions
  • Reviewing actions before confirming significant operations
  • Preventing unauthorized use of your account or connected services

3. User-Initiated Actions

The integration may allow users to initiate actions that modify information within Butiksoft.

Such actions may include creating or modifying reservations or performing other operational transactions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the requested action and ensuring that the information supplied is accurate before authorizing or confirming the operation.

Actions successfully submitted to Butiksoft through an authorized integration may have the same operational effect as actions performed directly within the Butiksoft software.

4. AI-Generated Responses

When Butiksoft is accessed through an artificial intelligence platform such as ChatGPT, natural-language responses may be generated by the third-party AI provider.

AI-generated explanations, summaries, interpretations, or recommendations may contain errors.

For operationally, financially, or legally significant decisions, users should verify relevant information against the authoritative records maintained within Butiksoft.

Data returned directly by Butiksoft should be distinguished from interpretations generated by third-party AI systems.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The integration may operate through third-party platforms, including OpenAI services.

Use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Butiksoft is not responsible for outages, errors, generated content, or other behavior originating solely from third-party platforms outside Butiksoft’s control.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the integration to:

  • Access information without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or permission controls
  • Interfere with the security or operation of Butiksoft
  • Access another customer’s property or information without authorization
  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or compromise Butiksoft systems
  • Submit requests designed to circumvent applicable access controls

Butiksoft may restrict or terminate access where misuse or security risks are detected.

7. Availability and Changes

Butiksoft may modify, add, restrict, or discontinue integration functionality where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, regulatory, operational, or product-development purposes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the integration.

8. Data and Privacy

Processing of personal information associated with the integration is described in the Butiksoft Privacy Policy.

Users and organizations using Butiksoft remain responsible for ensuring that their use of personal information complies with applicable laws and their own legal obligations.

9. Accuracy of Information

Butiksoft attempts to provide accurate information based on records stored in its systems.

Results may nevertheless be affected by synchronization delays, third-party systems, configuration, connectivity, user input, or other technical factors.

Users should verify critical information before making consequential operational or financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Butiksoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from the use or inability to use the integration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

Butiksoft may suspend access to the integration where necessary to protect users, customers, systems, data, or the security and integrity of the service.

Users may stop using the integration or disconnect their Butiksoft account from supported third-party platforms at any time, subject to the capabilities provided by those platforms.

12. Intellectual Property

Butiksoft software, services, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of Butiksoft Teknoloji A.Ş. or their respective rights holders.

Use of the integration does not transfer ownership of any Butiksoft intellectual property to the user.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, integrations, legal requirements, or business operations.

The current version will be published on the Butiksoft website with its effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply under other applicable laws.
